Episode 4: Running Errands with kids, Anxiety, and Silly games

On this episode we talk about the dynamics of one on one time verse all the kids. We also discuss anxiety around certain types of parenting situations... like leaving the house.. lol

At the end we play two different games. Play along and see if you can do better than we did... trust us it's not hard... we definitely need to get better at these. =0
